Jennifer Perry - 2022 Treasurer
As the youngest child of the first female real estate broker in Central Louisiana, real estate is in my blood. All four of my older siblings are also licensed, and our mother is still active as our broker. As such, I've had the privilege of learning the business from my entire family, and I am proud of the reputation for honestly and integrity that our company has developed in the community. These virtues are what motivate me to want to serve our REALTOR members and associates. Our Association provides us the opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to our profession and our society as a whole. When we do our jobs better, everyone benefits, and I see our Association as an integral factor in that success.

Jennifer has served on the Board of Directors, MLS Committee, Governance Committee, Finance Committee, LR Leadership Program Graduate, and LR Director 2019-2022. Jennifer graduated in 1994 with a BA in Classics from Tulane University and is proud to have been a million-dollar producer every year licensed.

I have been married to my wonderful wife for over 15 years, and we have 2 amazing boys together.  ”I have chosen to serve on the MLS Committee, to use my experience and knowledge to help our local board continue moving forward on the progress that has been made as of late. I want to help in the areas that I can and, gain knowledge that I can use to assist newer agents in learning how our system operates.”  I have been High Producer 2018, 2019, and 2020 and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2019.

Paula Gauthier - 2022 MLS Committee

My father was a contractor, and I loved watching him build homes. He taught me to draw floor plans, and I have drawn plans for all of my homes. Loving children and education took me on the path of becoming an educator. However, I often thought of becoming a realtor, and finally in 2017 that dream became a reality. Today I am a broker and enjoy assisting my clients and agents. In closing, the reason that I would like to server on the MLS Committee is to continue to help agents with real estate needs, to educate agents, and assisting in making the MLS service run as smoothly as possible. I'm a married mother of 3 and a REALTOR in Cenla.  Whether I'm helping people purchase their dream home or helping someone sell their home due to financial setbacks. I give 100% to all of my clients who depend on me to help them make such important decisions. I entered the world of real estate 6 years ago. I've seen all sides of every transaction first by being an assistant to a seasoned agent then by realizing my dream and becoming one myself. While my knowledge of technology and outward personality definitely contribute to my success, I would say my drive to always do better and a firm grasp on what it means to be a team player is really what's at the heart of every success story, including my own. I look at every situation as either an awarding situation or a learning situation, and more times than not they are both! I would like to serve on the MLS committee so that I can help further build an environment for those in our profession and give back to a community that has shown me endless support throughout my journey. I am currently the Broker with Geaux with Gauthier and have participated on the ALC Board for KW Cenla Partners, ACTS Retreat Team for 2 years and was High Producer 2019 and 2020. I graduated from LSUA in Elementary Education.

Katy Jackson - 2022 MLS Committee

Born in Texas, I moved to Pineville when I was 4 years old. Through my education years, I attended Pineville Schools, graduating with Honors from PHS in 2007. From there, a brief stint in Norfolk Virginia (5 years) before I found myself back in Louisiana. I began my real estate career after searching for years for something I felt called to. In 2018 I followed  the need to help people and opened Body Roque Fitness in Lafayette, LA and have since built that brand into a flourishing 3 location company. Helping my community, whether it be in volunteering service or in animal rescue, brings a sense of purpose to my life. It's this sense of purpose that I believe will  make me an asset to the MLS committee. I'm honest, trustworthy, and outspoken. Those that know me, know they can bring anything to my attention without judgement or fear. I have participated in ALC and Volunteer at BARK. I have also reveived awards for Million Dollar Club, Serving local lineman during hurricane and fostering animals for BARK.
